“As a brand new short term rental investor, I decided to buy my first ever property in the Pigeon Forge area. After arriving at the property I found myself in WAY over my head & needed A LOT of help “flipping” everything from the indoor flooring to outdoor staining. Clay and his team stepped in without hesitation, offering to complete literally any project with the necessary urgency to finish on the tight timeline I was under for listing.
